December 2004 – Washington, DC – Dean Creative crafted a new strategic positioning and brochure for Potowmack Landing restaurant in Alexandria, VA. The new theme: Potowmack Landing. Where your senses soar. This idea leveraged the restaurant’s key waterfront location and expansive view of the Potomac River, the ambience of airplanes landing and taking off from Reagan National Airport, as well as the delectable sight and aroma of fine food served at the restaurant.
October 2004 – Washington, DC – Dean Creative helped create new campaign for a leading professional association in Washington, DC, The Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI). Senior Copywriter Brian Dean wrote concepts and copy for print ads, direct mail, member letters and web pages for a new product launch. The campaign targets CRI members and promotes the many benefits of carpets and rugs in commercial and residential settings.
September 2004 – Washington, DC – Dean Creative supplied marketing strategy and creative development for a new advertising campaign for the US Air Force Reserve. The campaign was designed to target Latinos in the US who are seeking a challenging and secure future. Brian Dean served as copywriter and co-creative director for the presentation.
July 2004 – Alexandria, VA – Dean Creative produced a corporate brochure for new client Starwalker Group, an international asset manager. This high-end 12-page piece will be sent to major corporations in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Russia, Paris, the UK and the USA. May 2004 – Rockville, MD – Dean Creative supplied creative concepts and copy in an ad campaign for the Novick Group, an insurance brokerage firm specializing in nonprofit insurance. Dean partnered with design firm Vizual, Inc., of Herndon, VA, to create the five ads. Brian Dean, principal of Dean Creative said, “Recently, insurance was ranked ‘the most ignored’ category of advertising in the US – across all products and services. So, it was key to deliver attention-grabbing work.” The ads will appear in Association Management, Meetings, and ASAE News.
April 2004 – Springfield, VA – Dean Creative recently provided concepts and copywriting for a Pocket folder brochure for Tower-Davis Electric. This was the first large-scale marketing effort for the electrical contractor. Freelance copywriter Brian Dean has vast experience in marketing power companies and related industries. March 2004 – Austin, TX – Dean Creative wrote a new direct mail package for the Texas State Rifle Association. The mailing will target members for donations to fund election-year lobbying, as well as community education.
January 2004 – Washington, DC – Dean Creative helped produce a variety of marketing pieces for GW Solutions, a promotional division of the George Washington University. Creative elements included radio, print ads, direct mail and internal communications. Dean has plenty of experience with marketing universities.
