OBJECTIVE: Develop new healthcare branding for a medical advice service. The stakeholders rejected the first brand name, “YourDocs”. So our job was to give this service a more professional name, tagline, and logo that inspires credibility and confidence.
SOLUTION: We developed more than 50 new names, many of which were well liked. In our healthcare branding process we narrowed the list down to the most powerful name and tagline that would boost confidence among stakeholders, doctors, investors, and the owner.
EXECUTION: MedVisors was the clear winner for the owner and stakeholders. It conveys smart healthcare advice from experienced medical professionals including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. And the logo conveys medical record storage. The tagline has evolved over time. Initially, we launched with: Smart Guidance. Secure Records. Our top choice, however, is For Greater Net Health.
RESULTS: This healthcare branding effort was launched successfully. MedVisors has seen a positive, steady increase in membership enrollment, too. This is an achievement today given the rapidly escalating cost of healthcare.
